Grant Program

Contribute to the Solana Name Service community for a reward
Bonfida is regularly receiving suggestions for new features to be added or certain projects to be developed synchronously with the Solana name service (SNS). We try our best to meet all of these demands, however, in certain circumstances, we cannot deliver it all and in other cases, it makes more sense for projects to be community-driven.
It’s exciting to see our community members contribute to the SNS ecosystem and if properly done, we have no hesitation in granting these members rewards for their efforts. Contributions can be in the form of, but not limited to, developing projects, integrations, marketing media, or BD work. As long as the work is beneficial and meaningful to the SNS community.

How to apply for a grant

  • Join our Discord and post your initial idea in #🛠┃grant-program. Please provide as much information as possible. Here we and the community can help you refine the idea and determine the resources you may need. In addition, we can establish the grant size publicly
In the channel, you can find open grant requests that could suit your interests
  • The team along with the community will determine if the proposal was completed as initially stated
  • The grant will be distributed after the contribution is complete and satisfactory unless otherwise discussed

Grant size

Rewards will vary depending on the integration or work done. This will be discussed during your proposal.
A rough estimation for grants; ~ 500FIDA for translations/marketing material and up to 25K FIDA for significant integrations.
If the grant is large, we may consider unlocking it linearly over a certain timeframe.
The size of the grant will be at the discretion of the team
